Located at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level, the Morning Stone is one of the most photographed stones, and going there is one of the favorite destinations for any visitor who climbs the Shishtavec mountain. It is a conical shaped sandstone, with dimensions; 25m long, 13m wide, and 11m high. Although it is located south of Shishtavec, the stone is called “Morning Stone”. The early inhabitants of Gradishta must have baptized it more than 1500 years ago, for the reason that this stone, which towers over the horizon, was a place of stay and orientation, along the roads that connected the early civilizations embedded in the navel of the Sharri mountain ranges.
